Visa office<\/strong><\/p>\n

For all types of visas you have to apply in person and\u00a0by prior<\/strong>\u00a0appointment only.<\/strong>\u00a0For the appointments until February 2023, please send an email to\u00a0visti.podgorica@esteri.it<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As from March 1st<\/sup>\u00a02023, only through the web site\u00a0<\/strong>https:\/\/prenotami.esteri.it<\/a>. The booking service is totally free of charge.<\/p>\n

Required documents<\/strong><\/p>\n

As for study visa, before applying the student must first register him\/herself for the chosen course on the website\u00a0Universitaly<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Visa Office of the Embassy of Italy reserves the right to request additional documents beside those indicated on the general list. Please note that the submission of the required documentation does not necessarily imply granting of visa.<\/p>\n

Visa processing time<\/strong><\/p>\n

We advise to apply for visa well ahead of your departure. You can\u2019t apply for visa prior to 3 months of the departure. Generally, visas are released in short time if the documentation presented is complete, but there could be variation of the processing time depending on seasonality, nationality and the type of visa required. Also please be advised that the rush fee is not applicable.<\/p>\n

Visas fee<\/strong><\/p>\n

Visa fee\u00a0must be paid in cash and in Euros only.<\/strong>\u00a0We do not accept other currencies, personal checks, credit or debit cards. The fee has to be paid at the time of the application in order to cover the administrative costs, and is non-refundable regardless of the fact whether the visa is issued or not.<\/p>\n
